Today we kick off the submission period for Issue 3 of Midnight Muse! Issue 2 was awesome, thank s to all you, and we can’t wait to see what you bring to Issue 3. We are really looking for performing artists to submit this time as well. How? Just you leave that to us ;] Everything you need to know for now can be found right here.
We want art from everybody! Of all skill levels and ages! Art forms of any kind. Just show us…what do you create?
This time, Issue 3 will likely have a launch party, thanks to The Drawing Board. There will be live body painting, wall space for those who submitted to Issue 3 and physical copies you can purchase at the event! Nothing is finalized so details to come! Just be excited =]
We look forward to your submissions! Don’t forget to let us know if you want to be considered for our Featured Artist spot. And if you weren’t accepted last time, try again! Never stop trying, we are here for you!
Don’t forget that our Facebook wall is at your disposal. Use it as though it were your own. Promote your artist page there, interact with other artists, share your artwork, ask for and give critiques…whatever you desire, my friends.
One last thing, and a very important one at that: it’s been brought to attention that our Facebook updates are not showing up on everyones walls. If so, you have been missing out on a lot of stuff. To ensure you’re never left out of the loop, be sure to go to the top right of this page and enter your email address. This way, whenever we announce something important you will be the first to know. This is especially important if you plan on submitting and participating in our events and creative contests. So do that now!
That’s it for now everyone. Tomorrow I will announce our first Challenge. Bring on the submissions!
❤ Sarah

This is the intro page to the 5 page Sugar Art and Fashion Show spread. Neebin wrote an awesome article and we got an interview from creator of the event, Timmery Turner. I thought the timing was appropriate since tonight the Sugar Tour makes its appearance in Austin, Texas! Looking forward to checking out the work from the southern designers, artists, and photogs and good luck tonight to the Sugar Crew ;]
As we prepare for the release of Issue 2, I can’t help but look at all the new stuff we’ve added, the friends we’ve made, and to notice that the path before us gets wider every day. I know I might be jumping the gun here, but I seriously can’t wait for Issue 3 so GET READY!

Hey there! After hours of deliberation, we finally decided on the winning entries for Issue 2. It was a lot more difficult choosing this time since we had so many more submissions this time around and I suspect it will get even harder as we continue. BUT THE TALENT we’ve had the pleasure of viewing continues to blow us away. Seriously.
You can check out who made it in our Facebook Album here.
Every Issue we will strive to find more ways to include more people in creative ways, for example, the Challenges we hosted in February, the Drawing Sessions, including tutorials, etc.
Some things we are currently working on:
If you want to get involved with MM, passion and dedication is something we know all about and it is always welcome with us. We have welcomed several new contributors and alliances and would love to bring more on board! A big thanks to:
Already Issue 2 is looking amazing, thanks to all of you. Soon enough, we will have the proper means to thank you all and showcase what you guys do best. So keep on keeping on and just CREATE! We are here for you.

Hey there everyone, Neebin here! I’ve been in the process of catching up on a few things, and with no further ado, here is the second set of photos from the Sugar Does Portland Fashion & Art Show! What a fantastic event filled with so many talented, lovely people! I just loved how people were so receptive to being photographed… there were a few times where I was just going to take a casual shot of people mingling, but if a model saw you with a camera, insta-pose!
Please tag or credit Neebin Studios if you are posting them elsewhere! To purchase the photos of the show logo-free, email contact (at) neebin.com for more information!
Enjoy!
